Riverflex deployed a tailored AI-powered maturity assessment framework using Manus to support the client’s CISO leadership team: 1. AI-Enabled Mapping & Analysis Used Manus to extract relevant information from interview documents and status updates, automatically updating the project overview. This enabled the team to instantly visualize how changes in project scope or progress impacted the overall maturity trajectory—without manual rework. AI also helped map current and planned initiatives against strategic maturity milestones, ensuring alignment with long-term goals. 2. Workflow Automation with LLMs Built a custom workflow solution in Manus, training the LLM to perform key tasks across the assessment process. This included parsing inputs, updating maturity views, and generating summaries—enabling the team to execute repetitive process steps with speed and consistency. 3. Strategic Reporting Leveraged AI to generate real-time dashboards showing current, target, and projected maturity levels across domains.
