AI workforce transformation

Turn AI workforce transformation from opinion-led to evidence-led

Most organisations are making workforce decisions on assumption. We give you the evidence first: which roles AI materially changes, how much capacity that releases, and what it is worth in euros.

AI potential is everywhere but where is the impact?

Potential is everywhere

Potential is everywhere

Every function can point at work AI could take on but can't say which parts matter enough to change how the organisation runs.

Impact is uneven

Impact is uneven

Scale depends on what people actually do, how much workforce sits behind it, and how much capacity AI can realistically unlock. Two functions with similar headcount can have different impact.

Productivity is not value

Productivity is not value

Even where AI saves time, that capacity has to become growth, better service, avoided hiring or lower cost. Otherwise it becomes more activity and nothing reaches the P&L.

From enterprise opportunity to task level evidence with Workforce Impact Assessment

Hours freed up and costs saved

How much time could AI free, and what does that time cost you today?

  • Hours freed up each year across the workforce
  • The value of those hours at fully loaded salary cost
  • Adjustable by department and by team size
  • Set the basis from conservative to optimistic, and choose how far along the rollout is

Role and task deep dives

Where exactly does the opportunity sit, and which tasks does AI take on?

  • Time freed and value for each department
  • The same breakdown role by role inside each department
  • Effective time saving and AI exposure per role
  • The specific tasks AI can already take on in that role

Turns a headline number into something a function lead can actually act on.

The research behind every number

Where do these figures come from?

  • The Anthropic Economic Index sets the conservative end, counting only what people are observed to do with AI today
  • The Penn Wharton Budget Model sets the optimistic end, counting what AI could plausibly do given current capability
  • Every role is mapped to an O*NET occupation, which is what lets published research apply to your actual teams
  • Salary benchmarks are stated in full on the methodology page

Our approach

What's after the workforce impact assessment?
We help you find, prioritise, and scale AI opportunities.

AI workforce impact
assessment

1. Identify where to act

AI workforce impact assessment

Enterprise impact, role and task analysis, capacity and value potential, prioritisation and recommendations.

Workflow and workforce
redesign

2. Act on prioritised opportunitites

Workflow and workforce redesign

For the priority areas: the AI enabled future workflow, human compared with agent responsibilities, role and capability implications, a quantified value case, then prototype and deploy.

3. Enable and scale

AI workforce transformation

Target operating model, workforce plan, skills and capabilities, technology requirements, governance and a transformation roadmap.

FAQ

Who is an AI Workforce Impact Assessment for?

It is designed for organisations that need to make a credible case for AI workforce investment, typically CHROs, Chief People Officers, Chief Transformation Officers or leadership teams preparing a board-level AI strategy.

Do we need to share employee data?

No. The assessment requires no personal or identifiable employee data at any stage. We work from role classifications, not individual records. Nothing is stored, retained, or used for model training.

How long does the AI Workforce Assessment take?

Approximately 3–4 weeks from kickoff to final output. The working session (Service 2) takes one day, plus 1–2 weeks of preparation and speaker coordination.

Can we do the working session without the assessment?

Yes, though the two work best in sequence. The assessment provides the evidence base that makes the working session far more productive and grounded in your specific organisational context.

What does the final output of an AI Workforce Assesment?

A boardroom-ready document with quantified opportunity, role-by-role exposure analysis, AI penetration scores, capability shift indicators, and a prioritisation framework for downstream investment decisions.
